1. Water delivery hoses are used for irrigation, gardening, construction, fire fighting, equipment and tanker cleaning, agricultural fertilizer, manure, industrial sewage drainage, etc. The inner rubber materials are mostly PVC and EPDM.
2. Hot water and steam hoses are used for cooling water in refrigeration equipment, cold and hot water for engines, food processing, especially hot water and saturated steam in dairy plants. The inner rubber material is mostly EPDM.
3. Beverage and food hoses are used for non-fat products such as milk, carbonated products, orange juice, beer, animal and vegetable oils, drinking water, etc. The inner rubber material is mostly NR or synthetic rubber. Usually need to have food grade FDA, DVGWA grade, KTW or CE standard qualification certification.
4. Air hoses are used in compressors, pneumatic devices, mining, construction, etc. The inner rubber materials are mostly NBR, PVC composite, PU, SBR. There are usually strict requirements on the applicable pressure.
5. Welding hoses are used for gas welding, cutting, etc. The inner rubber material is mostly NBR or synthetic rubber, and the outer rubber is usually made of red, blue, yellow, etc. to show special gas.
6. The ventilation hose is used for the discharge of heat, dust, smoke, and chemical gases. The inner rubber is mostly thermoplastic and PVC. Usually the tube body has a retractable design.
7. Material suction hoses are used for conveying gas, mist, powder, particles, fibers, gravel, cement, fertilizer, coal dust, quicksand, concrete, gypsum and other liquids containing solid particles. The inner rubber materials are mostly NR, NBR, SBR, and PU. Usually the outer rubber has higher abrasion resistance.
8. Oil hoses are used for fuel, diesel, kerosene, petroleum, etc. The inner rubber materials are mostly NBR, PVC composite, and SBR. Usually there is a conductive steel wire between the inner and outer rubber to prevent sparks.
9. Chemical hoses are used for acid and chemical solutions. The inner rubber material is mostly EPDM. Usually this type requires customized materials and design schemes.
